Our programmes

Our programmes are designed to support young people, families and schools with practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable. From understanding emotions and building confidence to creating more open conversations around mental health, each programme gives students, teachers and parents clear, relatable skills that make a real difference.

School Workshop

This workshop helps you understand your mind in a real and relatable way. You will learn simple tools for stress, confidence and resilience that actually make sense for everyday school life.

EmpowerU

EmpowerU is a six week programme that helps you understand yourself, build confidence and learn practical skills for everyday life, supported by a Wellbeing Practitioner and mental health professionals.

Ambassador
Training

Our Ambassador Training helps you build confidence in supporting others. You will learn simple ways to listen, notice when someone might be struggling and help make your school a place where your peers feel comfortable talking about mental health.

Mind of
the Parent

Mind of the Parent helps your parent or carer support you better. It gives them simple tools for stress, communication and handling tough moments so things at home feel a bit easier for everyone.

How we help

We can help you understand your mind, handle stress and boost your confidence. Everything is designed to be fun, real and made for you, so you feel more in control and ready for whatever school throws your way.

Things to help

From figuring out your feelings to finding practical ways to handle stress or support someone close to you, we are here to give you the tools, guidance and support you need.

Volunteering

Volunteering with us is a chance to make a real difference for young people, and to support the students, teachers and families who stand alongside them.
