Creating the confidence for students, parents and teachers to talk about mental health.
Supporting whole communities through practical mental health programmes in schools.
Why MOTS?
MOTS supports young people wherever they are - in school, at home and in the wider community. We work with teachers, parents and local organisations to make mental health easier to understand and easier to talk about. Through our work in schools, and community based programmes, we help young people feel heard, supported and confident.
