the Parent

What is it?
An interactive workshop designed to help young people look after their wellbeing, regulate their emotions and grow the resilience they need to thrive.

Our whole school workshops give young people practical strategies for wellbeing, emotional regulation and resilience. Our approach allows us to deliver our sessions to the entire secondary school in one day, making sure every student is part of the same conversation at the same time. This creates a shared experience that brings the whole school community together.

Mind of the Parent…

Engaging, fun and impactful, with equipment that gets students fully involved.

Delivered by two experienced facilitators

KS3 Topics: Depression, anxiety, confidentiality and social media

KS4 Topics: Depression, anxiety, confidentiality and exam stress

Up to 400 students per session delivered in an engaging assembly format.

Each workshop day includes… a minimum of four sessions.
