Workshop
What is it?
An interactive workshop designed to help young people look after their wellbeing, regulate their emotions and grow the resilience they need to thrive.
Our school workshop day gives young people practical strategies for wellbeing, emotional regulation and resilience. Our approach allows us to deliver our sessions to the entire secondary school in one day, making sure every student is part of the same conversation at the same time. This creates a shared experience that brings the whole school community together.
Who is it suitable for?
11-16 year olds in secondary school
How long is it?
Each workshop day includes at least
4/5 sessions.
Cost for school?
Our workshops are fully funded by Inner Spark, so there is no cost to your school if your free school meal rate is 20% or above.
