Our programmes improve young people’s understanding of mental wellbeing, helping them recognise when they or others may be struggling, while equipping them with practical self help tools and coping techniques to manage difficult emotions.

EmpowerU is a six week programme that helps you understand yourself, build confidence and learn practical skills for everyday life, supported by a Wellbeing Practitioner and mental health professionals.

Why do we do what we do

MOTS was created by us, Kieran and Jaylan, as we both struggled with our mental health in school.

We are now on a mission to support young people, so no one feels the way we did.
