Feeling Lost?

You are not alone. Let's understand what might be going on.

What This Might Feel Like…

Feeling lost can feel heavy, confusing and lonely. You might not fully understand what is happening, just that something does not feel right. Sometimes it can be linked to low mood or depression. Sometimes it can show up during darker months of the year. Sometimes it can include thoughts about not wanting to be here anymore.

Empty or numb

Tearful for no clear reason
