What This Might Feel Like…

Causes

Stress happens when you feel like the demands placed on you are bigger than the support or resources you have to cope. It can be linked to:

– Exam pressure or revision overload

– Friendship fallouts

– Relationship difficulties

– Family problems

– Feeling like you have to be perfect

– Balancing school, home, and social life
